taboo concept design

One of my favorite characters to draw. I'm still trying to get a final design and color scheme for that matter. I do like the orange... makes him looks like a power tool. I really wanted to add wings on this piece but got lazy. The plan is for them to be made of energy having a sorta holographic look but he doesn't always have them out. How it would work... i really don't know but i can live without ever knowing. Would love feedback on this or any of my character designs. Thx
